EyeSight Hawaii’s main office is just minutes from downtown Honolulu, HI and is on the 2nd floor of The Shops at Dole Cannery (above Eco-Town and next to The Eye Surgery Center of Hawaii). Our beautiful office offers a comfortable, relaxing environment combined with a convenient location and ample parking. There are two parking locations for your convenience: The Dole Surface Parking and the Dole Parking Garage, both free up to 2 hours.
Dole Parking Garage
(2-hour validated parking)
The Dole Parking Garage is located above the Regal Dole Cannery 19 Theaters, opposite the Dole Cannery Building. This parking garage can be accessed from Pacific Street toward Iwilei Road. Once parked, take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Cross over the bridge and walk down past the directory. Keep right to exit the double glass doors. Make a left (past Padovani’s Chocolates) and walk to the end of the hallway. Our office, Suite 210, will be on the right.
Elevator Access (from the Dole Surface Parking)
For elevator access from the ground floor to the 2nd floor, take the hallway on the right side about halfway down the center corridor. Once you get off the elevator, make a left and keep walking to exit the double glass doors. Make a left (walk past Padovani’s Chocolates) and walk to the end of the hallway. Our office, Suite 210, will be on the right.

At EyeSight Hawaii, we offer an array of the most advanced procedures and eye care using the latest technology to improve your vision, keep your eyes healthy and enhance the overall quality of your life.
Our laser vision correction surgeries, such as LASIK and PRK eye surgery, are performed at our award winning laser eye center by Dr. Hirabayashi and Dr. Olkowski. Our laser eye center is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and is used exclusively by our physicians solely for EyeSight Hawaii patients so we can be more flexible with our scheduling and accommodate even the busiest schedules.

John Olkowski, MD
Founder and chief surgeon of EyeSight Hawaii
He is a fellowship-trained corneal surgery specialist practicing in Hawaii since 1990. He has performed thousands of laser vision correction surgeries, even on other LASIK surgeons. Dr. Olkowski is experienced in dry eye treatment, corneal, cataract and laser vision correction surgeries including LASIK, PRK and VisianICL surgery.
Kristin Hirabayashi, MD
Ophthalmologist
Dr. Hirabayashi is an eye surgeon who specializes in cornea, cataract, and refractive laser eye surgery, such as LASIK and PRK. As a fellowship-trained cornea surgeon, she specializes in the diagnosis and management of cornea and ocular surface diseases.
Michael Dash, OD
Optometrist
Dr. Dash is a Native Hawaiian Health Scholar and a member of the Hawaii Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. He proudly volunteers his professional time providing eye care services to Native Hawaiian communities on Oahu and Maui.
