After finding parking, please wait in your car until one of our technicians calls you to come up to the office. If you are not driving, please wait outside the office.
It is required for you to wear a mask prior to entering the office.
If you have traveled in the last 14 days, are a high-risk patient or are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please contact us because we will need to postpone your appointment:
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills
No one else besides patients are allowed in office.
